Czech Republic

The Czech Republic has been the nation with the fastest development during the last couple of years. The number of floorball players in the country has continued to grow and in 2005 the Czech Republic became the third largest floorball country when it comes to licensed players (pushing Switzerland back to fourth place). Also on then field the Czech team has improved by every year. In the WFC2004 they shocked their neighbours by knocking them out in the semifinal and then gave Sweden a good match in the final, winning the WFC Silver medal.
